Consultation Terms & Conditions:

Serenity Interiors & Co

By booking a consultation with Serenity Interiors & Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Purpose of the Consultation

The consultation is designed to gain a clear understanding of you, your space, and your vision. During this session, we will explore your needs, preferences, and any challenges within the space, as well as what you desire for your home.

This allows us to assess the scope of your project and determine which design package would best suit you moving forward. While thoughtful guidance and professional insight are shared, consultations do not include detailed design deliverables unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Booking & Payment

All consultations must be booked and paid for in advance via Acuity Scheduling. Your appointment is confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Refund Policy

Consultations are a time-based service and require dedicated preparation and availability. As such, consultation fees are generally non-refundable, as they reflect the time reserved specifically for you.

A refund may only be requested if you change your mind more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled consultation. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason, as this time has been set aside and cannot be reallocated.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and respect that this policy protects the time, care, and professional expertise of Serenity Interiors & Co.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their consultation with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time may not be accommodated and may be treated as a no-show.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the consultation will still conclude at the originally scheduled time in order to respect other bookings. Missed time cannot be extended or refunded.

6. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refunds or reschedules will be offered in this instance.

7. Client Preparation

To ensure the most beneficial experience, clients are encouraged to provide accurate information, measurements, images, and relevant details ahead of or during the consultation.

8. Design Guidance Disclaimer

All advice and recommendations are provided with care and professional expertise. Final decisions, purchases, and implementation remain the responsibility of the client.

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts, ideas, and guidance shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Serenity Interiors & Co and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without written consent.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.


Design Services Terms & Conditions

Serenity Interiors & Co

These terms and conditions apply to all design services, including but not limited to full design packages, virtual design services, and any creative work provided by Serenity Interiors & Co.

By proceeding with any design package, you agree to the following:

1. Scope of Services

Design services are provided virtually and are based on the information, measurements, images, and preferences supplied by the client. All concepts, layouts, visuals, and recommendations are created using professional expertise and creative judgment.

Due to the nature of virtual design, final results may vary depending on implementation, lighting, scale, and real-world conditions.

2. Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your project and commence design work. Work will not begin until the deposit has been received.

The deposit confirms your commitment to the project and allows time, creative energy, and resources to be allocated specifically to your design.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit

Once design work has commenced, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable. This is because time, preparation, and creative work have already been carried out.

Due to the digital and virtual nature of the service, once design concepts, visuals, or any design materials have been created and shared, they cannot be returned, undone, or reclaimed. For this reason, deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) dissatisfaction with design concepts, redrafts, or changes in personal preference.

By proceeding with the project, you acknowledge that the deposit reflects completed work and professional services already provided.

4. Design Revisions

Each design package includes a specified number of revisions, as outlined at the time of booking. Revisions allow for refinements based on feedback but do not constitute a complete redesign unless otherwise agreed upon.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope or exceed the included revisions may incur additional fees.

5. Client Feedback & Communication

Timely and clear communication is essential to the design process. Clients are encouraged to provide consolidated feedback within the agreed timeframes to ensure the project progresses smoothly.

Delays in feedback may impact project timelines.

6. No Refunds on Completed Work

Once design work has been delivered, shared, or completed, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the service. This applies regardless of whether the client chooses to move forward with implementation or use the designs.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, visuals, layouts, and materials created by Serenity Interiors & Co remain the intellectual property of the business. Clients are granted a personal-use licence upon full payment but may not resell, distribute, or commercially reproduce the work without written permission.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment and proceeding with design services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
